Just for my curiosity: what was the problem? Php version? Outdated forum Software?

Something had changed at the Server’s end. I think it had something to do with htaccess configuration.
I don’t have all the details as I needed a website Developer’s help. The hosting company was meant to have send me a transcript of the live chat but never did.
