remember the Chupa Chips campaign this summer? Now, the latest Smurf mag is including a Chupa Chips lollypop containing one of twelve individual characters of the series, that was released earlier on.

Well, this seems to be a clever campaign esp. before XMas and yet, from my point of view I dare say that this must be a total rip off imho.

What's funny is that our newsagent at the railway station had a pile of the special magazines with the promo smurf (with clapper board) the other day. I don't know where they came from as they seemed to run out of them in the summer...

Is it possible that they have some to concede with the release of the Smurfs 2 movie onto DVD !!!!

That is quite possible Kath, I hadn't thought about that. Maybe they're hoping to cash in on the release of the DVD as you say.
