I wanted to ask if the half painted Sitting Smurf on the fakes page is actually a fake? I have a hunch it could be an authentic smurf but it's impossible to tell just from a pic......does it have markings?

I remeber me asking about that smurf sometime earlier. I have to check his markings. Paintwork on him is just so horrible that I assumed him to be fake one. I´ll get back.I wanted to ask if the half painted Sitting Smurf on the fakes page is actually a fake? He might be a fake JT as I am not sure....I just thought I would ask incase. I know on all of the half painted authentic smurfs I have seen that the painters have made mistakes and painted over areas where they shouldn't of like on the white hats or the white paints etc.......this looked like it was similiar but I could be wrong as I am not sure....I just thought it might help to mention it.

Sitting smurf has W.Germany text in his behind. There´s also Peyo marking on hand.

I'm a bit behind with reading all the posts here at the moment so have only just seen your updated pages JT. There's some very nice smurfs there, very nice indeed

I believe he's an authentic error smurf JT......very cool as I love those type of finds.Sitting smurf has W.Germany text in his behind. There´s also Peyo marking on hand.

Ok, he is genuine. I´m not too keen to get these, but somehow they turn up...
I believe he's an authentic error smurf JT......very cool as I love those type of finds.

Btw, I counted my missing smurfs and I have only 23 left go. To complete every different smurf collection. Variations and super smurfs outcluded
