Hi Attom, do you know, is the sockel in the box an official item? I haven't seen one like this before. :-?

I do like the larger smurf, he is cute. :-D

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

hi! Rachel!

all I know about these is that they were specially made during the 1980's or early 90's as items giving out by companies for special employees.

the post office in the USA gave out the post smurf on a sockel in a plastic

bank, to some empoyees. they were like the items today, key chains or

company gifts that they sometimes give to special customers at xmas ,etc

I have a few of these, and got my first from a post office employee in

the usa.

offical products? not sure.. depends where the companies obtained these from// which I am not sure of.. if it was a special supplier or Schleich
pushed corporate items.? it was a corporate fad for a few years to give
unique items out. I have other items, not smurf ones that I received
from clients back in the 1980s..
