it's a shame, really. Kenner finally brought out a gaggle of "fan wanted" Star Wars figures in the late 90s and they sold like hotcakes. It's proven that "fan favorites" will sell.

No, they have never done that :)

They've never paid much attention to collectors and consider smurfs nothing else but toys.
Yup, this is sad and they never will!
We who bring them the business are only the minority.

They need a "Customer Relations" person that understands the missed opportunity on that one. ;)
