It snowed in the smurf village in the cartoon I watched this morning. It was called St Smurf & the Dragon where Gargamel's spell of a snow cloud freezes the village.
It would take a huge climatic change for it to snow where I lived....it very rarely would go below 0 degrees...maybe for an hour or so in the middle of winter about 4am in the morning but the days are usually around 20 degrees celsius or so in winter so it would be way too warm for snow.
