the only one I have seen without the etching was one I got from a German collector who got it from Bully and it had the "B" Bully muster mark. Any others should be considered fakes that have the printed mark.
The etched blue jackets are real and tend to be mainly dark blue. Very soft PVC. Never seen a fake mainly because the regular all white hand etched version is so rare anyway
