Hi Daniel

That's a great photo and probably the best view I have ever seen of the Castle. You are very lucky to have one as you are the only person who I know of that does have one.

The other items you have are really nice as well and well photographed.

i think he bought it from a belgium collector
i know a belgium collector had 2 castles :eek:
can you imagine to have 2 off these beautys
he sold 1 off it on germany for a high price
i ownly saw 3 in my life on ebay
1 usa ( 400 usa dollar endingprice)
1 germany ( 500 euro endingprice)
1 belgium ( the belgian guy had putted 5 times orso on ebay till he had a price above 3000 euro orso i cant remeber the exact price but it was the highest i ever saw

The picture of the smurf castle in the "Schlumpf Katalog 4" is taken from the schleich catalogue of 1985.
I think the smurf castle was only produced and perhaps sold in Belgium, because the language on it's package is completely french. But there is no date on it.

It's nice to have someone on the forum that does have one as you can possibly answer any questions we have regarding this as you would be best qualified.
