I've just bought this pin on ebay & was wondering whether anyone has seen one of these before? As this is pin #1 I wonder if there are more of these out there in the big wide world, perhaps with other designs (not necessarily smurfs).

I can't wait to get it to see what it looks like up close.

It's a very strange item, I don't know when it was released, but it seems very old. :D
