Their mistake was on the ref the hausser smurf has PRO023 as ref and the macdonald one PRO20023.

It's around Midday right now :D

Pete is a very well known seller and I haven't heard of many people having problems with him so I am sure you will hear from him soon and things will get resolved.

I'm sure they'll sort it out. Mistakes can happen and maybe you should hold fire on the issue till a point where maybe they've had a chance to fix the issue? Starting a thread like this is a negative feedback for them - the title alone isn't very flattering for them. They are a highly respected seller and deserve the opportunity to set things straight in reasonable time.

It would be nice if you start a similar thread about how nice they were in solving your issue when they sort it out for you.

Just my two cents going into bat for a fellow smurf seller. The stories I could tell about customers from a sellers point of view... Sheesh!! You think you've got it tough your end? lol

lol. It's always been a pleasure dealing with you and 99% of customers. There's just a couple who make life very difficult. I guess you can tell by my response that i may have had one very strange one recently and I was just letting off a little steam. :-D

I just can agree with all of you, they contact me right away after my email and sent me right smurf the day after.....and they made me a gift I can keep the wrong smurf they sent me (oki I already have it but it's really kind of them)

SO MUSHROOMVILLAGE IS A REAL GOOD SELLER, will buy from tehm again.

can't wait to have my Hauser smurf

by the way is there any variation on this one it is really true that only 3500 were made ?

thanks again mushroomvillage

PS : you can erase that topic if you want cause I don't want to make bad promo of this smurf store

I don't see any need in eraseing the topic. If anything it shows that they are good for their mistakes. I don't have anything to do with the store but I do moderate the forum there and Pete is an exelent dealer.
