Walgreens has smurf kites!!!! they are the cheap plastic ones but smurfs stuff is smurf stuff

Hi All; I also found them at Walgreens. They were in a box with Sponge bob and Dora and several other kite's. I can't swear to it but I have seen many boxes of kite's like it at walmart and target. I just never looked through them. Here's another pic with a close up of what the kite looks like put together. I will open one when I get more. They are only $1.99 so I can get more if I can find them.

Bill, How many did your store carry? Mine only had the two and robert searched another walgreens and found none. either they are selling out (doubt it) or they did not make that many for each box

I would be interested in buying 2 or 3 pieces. Can someone help me ?

Hi Gerta; My box only had two also. The other store I went to did not even have kite's yet. The girl there said they should be getting them soon. @ Christy did you ever get the box yet? Did you notice that at the bottom of the packs it says Jakks outdoors. I thought that was kind of funny when I first read it. I didn't know they made indoor kites.

Our walgreen's hasn't gotten them either - we checked last night - it's too early for the spring/summer stock so I doubt they are sold out yet. Some have just arrived early

I doubt very much that they were sold out. My Walgreen's had two diffrent boxes of Kite's and both seemed pretty full. The one that didn't have Smurf kites had a bunch of diffrent ones, but no Smurfs. I have not been to any stores since I got mine. I still think other stores might have them. I recall last Sunday when I went to all three walmarts. That they had kites, but because I didn't know about the kites I didn't really look at them.

Hi All; I got a couple of more kites today. One of the girls I work with picked them up for me in another town. I opened one today and put it together. Here is a pic.

Hi All; I did that on my cell phone. I went to two Dollar trees. I found 4 at one and 3 at the other. We have another store in town called Deal's. It is owned by Dollar tree. I haven't gone there yet. If you guy's can't find them let me know. I now have 11.

Our Dollar Tree closed down a couple years ago. There is a Deals but they don't have any kites yet They'll show up here eventually though, I am sure.
