Hi, can someone tell me more about this smurf?
I found it on a fleamarket

If I can judge it well ( the picture is a little small), I believe, it`s one of the orange polish fakes. The orange skin should be orange basic material and not painted!
They are very lovely and it`s nice to see a new one!
I have a few myself and I saved some pics from other collectors and put them together in one picture.

That's a nice compilation of orange polish fakes, but I rather think the smurf is an orange Dupuis Union smurf...

At least he looks like the one on a photo you have posted once, Lia:

yes Simon, you could very well be right! Well obeserved!
But as I said, the picture is too small to see whether the skin is orange painted or orange material? And the blue hat reminded me of these particular polish smurfs.
But as Christy is from Belgium ( and so are the dupuis union) it`s probably the dupuis version from my picture with dupuis smurfs.

Sorry for the small picture. I think Simon is right. It's not orange material but painted. But i can't see the markings of Dupuis Union

well, the markings on the orange dupuis union are in 99% erased or simply not marked. But when you say, it`s orange painted, it`s definetely a dupuis union !

I have been looking the orange dupuis union smurfs for years...It seems they are VHTF...
