Hi all

Just wondering: You know the suoer smurf in car /vehicle, how many colour and mold versions are there of him.
I know that the smurf is used in the car aswell as the go-cart. What im trying to find out is the following:

1. Colour of different cars.
2. Other figures that used the same car. (eg. if the muppets did)
3. Promotions used.
etc.
4. Good sites to get the different versions.

P.S. Toys and Hobbies in Uk. Has the yellow version

I don`t know much about them, apart from the info, that`s in the DSK, but there was a car made for Kwak.

As far as I know the car for the smurfs was only released in red, yellow, and orange.

Hope this thread helps a bit :D

Hi Pierre,

there is actually one more car Schleich made that looked exactly the same and had the same markings. The only difference was the colour on the wheels. This car was sold in the early 90s but not for the smurfs. Only with Paddington Bear.

This car was made the same time when the car was made for Kwak, so the marking should be exactly the same. But as said, different colour on the wheels, a nice blue colour!!! :-D

No,

just like with the Kwak-car you have to get lucky on ebay?? :-?

But I think this on is harder to find?? In Sweden Paddington was shown on TV but I never remember seeing these. As faar as I remember Paddington was shown in the 70s or early 80s in Sweden( I remember the jam-sandwiches). According to the Schleich-book many items, like the smurfs, was sold to the eastern Europe after the end of the cold war in the early 90s. So maybe these late Paddington-items was mostly sold in these countries??? :-?

I don´t think it was big in Sweden in the 90s so I am pretty sure they never sold it here.

Pierre,

if you check this picture from 1993 you can see which Paddington items Schleich sold then.

Most of these you can find without problems. But the accessories are many times gone or moved and used with more populair figurines like the smurfs and then you get a higher price. Just like with the Kwak items shown in the catalogue DSK IV and called testversions and a high value, 250 euro!!

The Paddington sold by Schleich 1993 can be found in this auction but no accessories, unfortunatly! ( for example, missing skateboard) :(
