Blue Cavern

Hi everyone I am a new collector and I have a 1980 smurf wearing only red like swim shorts and his hands are out holding something. I thought he was supposed to be on a bike however, I cant seem to find him anywhere! Does anyone know this smurf that could tell me what he is missing?
