I would figure that surely a Hogatha figure would have been produced by now! Or Harold, her pet vulture.
Just curious, was there a reason she never appeared? She was always my favorite villain!

Hogatha was a witch who snorted. One time she turned into a smurf (Snorty Smurf) but she was in quite a few episodes.
