that's awfull
you would think in orginal box like that it would stand a better chance of arriving safely. Do you think someone broke it and then stuffed it in the box?

It seems that this is a design problem, the same problem that has delayed the release of the figurine.
So this n'éatait not a problem of packaging, because it fits into the shapes of Smurfs.
I think to receive in a week ...

Hummmm... Leblon loose some points there , mine is ok , but the store where i have ordered it , have received 5 pieces , all without certificates .... They had contact LD and these will be sent on next week .

I've ordered mine from the Papa Smurf Shop in Holland, but I can't seem to be able to pay Frans via IBAN, my bank here keeps telling me that the IBAN number is incorrect..I am really worried that Frans is going to sell mine on..is there anyone here from Holland that can help me if I paypal them the money?

Do you know this for sure Michelle? that would be great if they came out with a large smurfette as he looks lonely!
