In Belgium we call it : fleece deken

hey Nance. oh its what we'd call a polar fleece blanket. Very cute.
The thing that annoys me about smurf items like this is you want to use them, but on the other hand they are part of your collection and you don't want to ruin them. So do you use or display/safely put away. Wipe your feet on the mats... wash the blanket. lol. or buy 2 of each I guess is the best idea, hehe. I might be interested in 1 of the blankets if you have a spare Nance?

I know that feeling Brad, When money allows I try to buy two of each, one to keep safe and one to "use" the only thing I have used so far without having a spare is one of the smurfette pj's that came out last year.

it is best to get a spare.. though I'm kicking myself a little with the Jay Jays smurf t-shirts that were available here last year. I wear my 2 smurf shirts all the time and by the time I realised I should have brought a back-up of each to keep I could only find 1 of the shirts in my size before the shirts were all gone.

Also speaking of blankets, I use a smurf blanket on my bed. an old 80's pattern single quilt cover. It sits on the end of my bed for extra warmth in the winter.
