My translations: Jungle Smurfette, Jungle Papa, Jungle Brainy, Jungle Smurf Tired, Explorer/Discoverer, Nature Watcher, Adventurer, Indian.

My opinion: The first two smurfs (papa and smurfette) are quite disappointing. The first is like "What should a woman do in the jungle if not putting on make-up" and the papa is just a copy of 2.0760 and 2.0769. The other smurfs are quite great I think (I probably like the one with the two bags most). The last one definitely is a big surprise and will be a great friend for 2.0069 Jungle smurf.

I already like these more than this year's theme.
Hopefully they might release some jungled theme Super Smurfs. Just imagine Papa Smurf wrestling with a tiger!

Any news on what smurfs will be retired?

Not a single one with the traditional white cap, either.

I've found modern smurfs to be more expensive than vintage smurfs, too. Where is the cheapest place to purchase 2015 & 2016 smurfs?

I agree with Simon's comments, but the most disappointing for me is definitely Papa! 3 in a row they use the "same mold" .

I've found some Smurfs half price at a Geman toy shop once, unfortunately I had already gotten them all at that time and didn't bought any. (They were the Olimpic smurfs). The shop was http://duborg-toys.de/ (I was in their physical shop, never used their online one). So depending were you are in the word it might pay off to look around toy shops.

I am not crazy about the theme.
I agree about papa's third reused mold and most of all with the pathetic smurfette : what a modern vision of the woman in the society...
But as always when I will see them in real, I will find them cute.

So they come back with a remake of the original Moonsmurf's "Gnouf", as these are called in Dutch ?
That is one of my youth...

My favourite is the 'swoof' with spear & shield. He's a nice surprise. The others are ok but nothing special. I shall still buy them though
