I was given a 2002 Grouchy Smurf, made for McDonalds. It is made of hard plastic, and is about 8cm high and has movable laegs and arms. I have looked around and can't see it on any websites. Is it a collectable one?

I've got a few of these Emi. They came with Happy Meals and usually had something else with them. Grouchy had the puppy in soft toy version. I've now got 3 of these with their "bits" and about 5 without.

Basically, if you like them and want to collect them then they're collectable in my opinion. There are 9 altogether:
