I just saw these two auctions:

One sockel of the carousel is green, the other one is blue...

I never really taked care of the carousel, because I knew that they are out of my price range, but this was new for me.

They're both very nice but I prefer the blue one.

I have the blue one, and this colour is the colour you can see in my box...and this is the most common...I don´t know anything about the green one...LBZ (Lorenz Bolz Zirndorf) made other kind os toys, so who knows...

Good observation, Simon. I have never seen the green one either - just blue.

I can't beleive the price of these must say I like the blue one too, wonder if the green one plays different music or if the green base is the only difference

thanks for posting , I don't think we have talked about the green one before, infact I'd never seen one until now.

its hard to visualize a green one and get used to it as its so light looking.

but very nice!
