Since it is a rainy day in Sweden today I been Reading the BP archives about the smurf.

One thing I noticed is that they write about their BP Associates in UK, Australia, South Africa and Greece. This was regarding the Olympic smurf- Coca-Cola promotion in 1979 in Belgium. When Peyo made the book also. With the smurfy bottle tops, you know.

But I was thinking about BP and Greece.

Do anyone know if BP in Greece sold smurfs also??

I regularly see a seller from Greece on ebay who sells BP smurfs in bags (prices are high and I don't know if they are originally MIB)

I Think they could have been sold there also. Maybe BP got the rights for the smurfs there for a short while when the Movie was shown in Greece in the late 70s???
