Questions about smurfs in packaging

I have noticed that some of the same smurfs are in different green packages...like this pirate. I have him sealed in plastic and also in a plastic case. The markings are exactly the same on the smurf and the packaging. Does anybody know if all the smurfs that were released this way come both ways?
And how many of the smurfs were released on these green cards?
I also have several smurfs in the blue Irwin packaging... Stace and I were chatting this morning about them but it was too early for either of us to think clearly, and we both couldn't figure out how many of these were released...Does anybody know? I know the back of the blue package has several smurfs listed but both Stace and I have smurfs in them that aren't listed...and how many super smurfs were released this way? The package shows five, but it doesn't show the Papa in the rocking chair, which I have

There's our Mosey...I don't think you've had this many questions in one post in a while. I wish I knew the answers too because that would help me out. I have a theory on the shrinkwrap and blister on those green packages - it's quite simple but not necessarily correct. I think that one type was packaged first and then they switched to a cheaper and more effective way of sealing the packages. And I'm thinking the vacuum sealed was the cheaper, faster way but again, only a theory. As for the blue packaging, I will go through my later this evening and list which ones are NOT on the back of the blue card just so we can compare.

I doubt ALL smurfs (you see in the green packaging) were released in both formats. I am guessing that one style was for a period of time and then one year they changed the style.....and as we know they delete and add new ones each year so some would of been deleted when they were swapping over to the new style and others would of been added that were not released in the older style of packaging from the year before.
I hope that makes sense

I hate to admit it but you do make sense for once, Dyar
I guess, I am being hopeless that I am keeping both...as variations....because the plastic is different

If only I could make dollars instead
Since you have encouraged me in being a very sensible person and I am going to say something really really really sensible.....
as soon as I can think of something sensible
won't be long now
soon
ok i give up......all I can think of is tying Moey's cat to a fan by the tail whilst holding something very electrical and very "on" above a small pool of water....is that sensible?

Maybe tie him to the fan by tail.......over a toaster......with wet whiskers
I should open a Cat Torturing Business......I seem to be quite good at making these things up

PS - Hey Stace....are you sure Ollie isn't a cat?
That would make sense then why I don't like him anymore and he gets on my nerves constantly

Every time I visit the fish I get offered...."Do you want to take Ollie home?"
....and it's not Stace that offers.......it's everybody else that she knows

I am not dating Mom-Mom....we are just good friends......very good friends......very very very good friends....kinda like a Tennessean brother and sister.
I am gonna get into so much trouble for that one
