Hey

Am wondering, are there any marking on this car?
I just aquired this super, but was looking at the car and can't really find any Schleich or other marking on/under it. Also find it wierd that the tires are rubber and not plastic as usual.

I checked my race car and it had the following marking:

Schleich S Germany
Made in Chian
C '98 Peyo

The tires are wooden, by the way.

No, seriously mine does not have a marking. Only a big "2" as a mold number. Also rubber tires. :D

No, don't worry... :) I only joked to shock Sandra as her last thread became so interesting and "famous". Besides I think she was referring to the marking of the car itself, not of its driver. As I said "No, seriously mine does not have a marking. Only a big "2" as a mold number. Also rubber tires. " my car does not have a marking. ;)

Joaquin will be so pleased to know this, otherwise it is another smurf added to the want list. :-D

Mine is boxed but I am pretty sure the markings that I have noted on Blue Imps are the markings on the actual smurf if this helps a bit. I had really hoped to have made a start on updating my super smurfs but work has been very busy lately and then the kittens............. pleeeeeease can we have a few more hours in each day? :beaker:

Amen to that Rach

I swear I will go to bed earlier each night and each night I try, I only end up going to bed just a little bit later. I ended up so sick last night that I was forced to go to bed around midnight  and slept for 9 and a half hours. I think it did me good.

Oh by the way speaking of those Made in Chian smurfs....I got my ones from HK yesterday. Thanks to Sandra for pointing them out to us all as I didn't realise these fakes had this odd marking :D Very happy with them

Paint job is a bit sloppy Rach...I will take pics today and compare them and add my comments on here. Looks like I will have to put on my serious cap (for the majority of the report anyway)

Actually the paint job was so sloppy, I was convinced I can still smell the paint, so I put them close to my nose and yep....I got very happy afterwards :-D
