20056 Cardplayer

Today, I found a bookstore which had old smurfs. One of the smurfs I found was the Cardplayer. This particular figure has the faces of the cards in his hand blank. I do not believe it is wear as the card in his waist appears fine.
Does anyone have an opinion?

Thanks! The one I had is the one on the left. It has the same markings as mentioned on Dyar's site.

Hi Abc, I also have the cardplayer with blank card too and also the same markings. A nice variation.

Yep I've got one too, cute little fellow ... maybe they're magic cards, else he's just an even bigger cheat and quickly draws the value and suit on the card so he can always win...

Yes, I did, although with the card markings he is more cute.

Good to hear you bought him though.
I have seen this smurf an never noticed it was a variation 
At least I have another one to know to look out for now
