Does anybody have any information about them? :?

Moey, why are you decapitating poor defenseless smurfs now? Do we need to change your name to Gargamoey :(

I've never seen these heads before!

:) :) :)

They come with a hole on the bottom which makes me think they were on top of something

I picked them up when I got those huge smurfy item packages..I have seen them a lot on ebay in midst of other stuff so I think they are common...I just don't have any idea what they are :-?

except for being smurf heads of course :o

Ok... they look the same as what I have... apart from I don't hacve smurfette!

They contain iccream if you take the hats off... and inside them are the little blue smurfs from the catalogue on page 313.

I have the sorcereor from this collection. They were in europe in the VERY early eighties.

Hope that helps.

The papa is certainly an ice cream tub.. I have the EXACT one..

Smurfette, however is new to me... she looks like a bottle top.

I only ever saw a regular smurf and papa ice cream so that seems to explain it!

Does the smurfette whose hat can be removed have a label underneath? I have a black devil with removable hat that has a label under it saying "pierrot glace au laite chocolate" I thought this was a chocolate container, but now I'm wondering if it is an ice cream one too :? :-?

I don't know, Gerda...she is in a box at the moment...and I am not sure which box she is in. I will let you know once I have time to search for her :D

Is this a smurf devil head? I wonder how many differnet ones are out there :-?

On the left hand side of this pic you can see 3 of them.

(from the Nicolas Collection ;) :D)

These three were certainly ice cream containers. I bought one in Swiss around 1990. Certainly not early 80's, maybe very late 80's.

I do not remember a smurf inside them, just ice cream. Can someone post a pic of these alleged smurfs? Maybe they do ring a bell that way. They have no hole in the bottom, otherwise the ice cream would leak out. Their hat can be removed in order to eat the ice cream. The mouth (and eyes?) are stickers. I have smurf, papa smurf and indian smurf. I bought one in Swiss as I said; the other two at carboot sales. Which makes me assume they were for sale in Belgium as well.

Maybe they re-released them in the 90's, but when I got them I was a very, very little boy. I had Papa Smurf and regular smurf heads and in each one was a little smurf. Both Smurfs were the same mould, but different colours. I have a purple and blue. They are exact copies of the chemist/sorcerer smurf and can be seen in the smurf catalogue..

The page number is on this tread earlier... they also both have little rings over their heads... like VERY poor quality keyrings!

Hope this helps! :-D When I unpack my collection I'll take a pic. They were DEF in the ice cream as I nearly swalloed one!!!
