Warning to buyers or sellers of AH smurfs

If you´re sending Albert Hein Smurfs via post, you really should pack smurf into box. And with enough soft material around it/them.
And buyers should ask sender to do so too.
Otherwise you end up with one of these. Smurfs are extremely fragile.
This one came today on bubblewrap envelope, from Holland.



Please, make sure this won´t happen to you!

Yeah it's all over the news in Holland... they break very easily!

One of mine actually came out of the little plastic bag broken... but at least I can exchange it, buyers aren't that lucky.

However if you think it's "worth" it... maybe you can make a deal with the seller... send the broken one back.. he can excange it at the AH for a new one

Actually seller was really nice and offered to send me another one with just shipping cost. That is even this wasn´t actually her fault

These might became rare Smurfs as so many has broken already. My friend has broken Hefty too.

Hi JT, Thanks for the warning, I have just been reading about the newspaper articles about it in another thread.

It is a shame to hear that these smurfs are fragile but I am glad to hear the seller is sorting you out with another one.

I love those!! I have yet to get them but I have got 6 out of 15 so far. I really like brainy. Mind you, I always like brainy because he is 'one' of my favourites.

I like Brainy and Azrael very much. That soccer Smurf is a bit odd. Maybe it´s his pose.
