Hi at all,
I just got a nice ebay-parcel with a promo sockle inside I have never seen before...

The text says:

TL
HIFI TV VIDEO
Th.LETZER GmbH
Stuttgart 60 Tel.422573

The seller didn't know exactly where the smurf is from, but he guesses that it was a retail shop where he once got him from.

Does anyone here know something about the sockle?

It does look like it came from a small retail store

A very nice find. I don't think, you will see too many like it :D

Wow ..very interesting....
It is looking a little bit homemade because of the printing of letters... They are falling a little bit down from the line.

Thanks for the comments, though the sockle seems very unknown...I will try to get some information about the company...

Yes, I have also seen that around the "TL"-logo is a little box, like it was made with a stamp. As it was probably made by a retail shop, it was maybe made there in a little quantity on their own, and not officially by Schleich...But that shouldn't decrease the sockel's price?

That is a wonderful sockel Simon. Even if it was homemade by the shop that wouldn't detract from it's attractiveness in my opinion. After all, they were quite possibly made for their customers & not for profit.

I think it's a wonderful find whatever its history is :D
