Looks like the ugly papa vynil figure has made it to the stores. Here is an auction of a seller in New york but there is another one in NC so these should be around everywhere else soon too. Still don't like them but I have the first so I need papa to keep him company.

I think I like the Papa better than the ordinary but I agree, they're not that nice.

I think the normal one's are on sale for $4 somewhere. TRU or Target.

We found two of the Papas in NJ last week and picked them up. Gerda just told me she found Vanity also in her stores. The Papa was $4.99 which is more like it. I guess the Smurf didn't sell very well at $9.99 since it was too high for what it actually is :) :)

I'd like to know who bought that Papa for $22. I want to go slap them in the head and tell them you can get them in lots of stores for $5.
What is so funny about these Figures is. The box says age 6+, and has no small parts. The houses and two packs which have a ton of very small parts say 4+.

pictures of the vanity figure and the back of papa and vanity. Now that there are more of these they are kind of growing on me, still think they are ugly but I like the fact that there is more than just one... I know my logic makes no sense :banghead: :) :)

Sure your logic makes perfect sense Gerta. I think they are ugly too but I will still buy them. Heck I bought the really ugly plush Smurfs.

I bought the vinyl Papa today at Target, it was marked down to $4.99 from $9.99.
