Yes, I can.
It`s a ( homemade) promo because that toycompany exists 25 years.
Only 100 were made, they are numbered.
But it`s produced WITH permission, says the seller and it`s nice to own!

Mine arrived today
It's number 95. The smurf had come off the base but a drop of glue will soon fix that problem
It's a very nice promo!!
