I have a question for you. Which smurfs have you seen with the new marking? I don´t mean the datemarking( "clock"), but the ones with the complete Schleich-address. And not the zodiacsmurfs since they all were only made with this addressmarking. And all the supersmurfs I have with the new marking. But the normalsmurfs!

So among the normalsmurfs sold 2009 and 2010, which have you seen with this marking? :D

I have these ones so faar.

I don´t collect the ones with just the datemarking. But it is good to have one so you can see in which order they were sold.

Like the bride. Last year it had this marking.

Then they added the datemarking on the dress.

And now the bride with the new addressmarking is to be found on the shelves in the stores in town. It also has a big CE beside the datemarking.

I also noticed that the papas with new addressmarking, both party and classic have a Schleichmarking on the back of the head.

Classic smurfs.

Brainy and Present.

Here a very intresting thing is that they has a hole in one foot, just as we have seen on the early smurfs.

I will eamil Norbert at Schleich regarding this and see if we can get an answer. In the latest releases only on the german molds it seems that sometimes the smurfs have this hole. Could have something to do with the molds or issues with certain smurfs. For example only the present from the classic serie have this hole. :-?

Classic Smurfette has no changes except for the datemarking ( clock).

Maybe they had a lot of spare ones produced they wanted to get rid of before making new ones??

Hope you are putting them back into the boxes, Andre :o

I was wondering if the classic smurfs are going to be discontinued next year and if that's why they put them into two different sets :-?

Thanks for your investigation again, Andre...looks like an easy way of getting a bunch of the new marking

Today I have received the following box.

The Peyo Creations box of the "Geschlumpfe" 4.0623 (drummer).
I opened the box fast around to find something.

What exactly?

I searched the address of Schleich.

Yep I have found them!

The address exists also on the drummer!!!

The markings stands on the feets and the trousers: Schleich S ® Made in China ©'97 Peyo CE and Am Limes 69 D-73527 Schw. Gmünd

(If you collect markings, then you should get one of this, because only produced for a very short time with these markings. Schleich did not produce this "Geschlumpfe" from 2010 any more.)

That is great Benny! :D

I have not found that yet. If you check the date on the box, what does it say?

Usually it has to be higher than 907. Because they started with the markings in may 2009.

Sometimes it is hard to see the dates on the box since they are not printed, but "stanced" ?

Ok,

I mean punched. Stance is more swenglish( mix of swedish and english).

In swedish it is called stans.

Thanks Benny,

Schleicher told us both the playsets sold 2009 also were possible with addressmarking.

But in Sweden these playsets were not selling so good in the end so they did not got any new ones. And you have to check the box numbers to be able to find these.

I don´t think they so faar are that rare just that you have to go to a shop were they sell many or got a delivery of these boxes late in 2009. ??? :-?

If you check the clockmarking on the smurf is it also from around may 2009?? I mean 09 in the middle and the arrow on 5.

I noticed that IKEA now also has this marking on their plastic items??? :D

I looked the clock with a magnifying glass. Only with these magnfying glass I could recognise where the arrow points.

The arrow points at 8. This means the smurfs was produced in August, 2008.

I looked the box again exactly. It is not 906 punched, but 908. Sometimes this is really difficult to recognise.
