Spanish sets

Time ago, I bought the boat with a captain and a mermaid 100% fakes but I had not the confirmation that the boat was sold that way. And here you are...It seems two different sets were sold with smurfs. But the smurfs you can see in the boxes are all original...perhaps a questions of licence as always????
It is Jon who has bought those two sets. IMHO it is interesting for the collectors of fakes to know that those fakes were really sold at spain as a part of a set
Any ideas???

Hi
Congratulations to Jon......... very nice boxes !!!!
But the strange thing, on the box you see real smurfs ( Schleich smurfs and in Schleich colours ) but fake inside the box.
I mean the smurfette with a flower in her hair, and the captain with red binocular and stripes on his shirt.

Yes, it is really odd...You can read on the box, that it is a licensed item (licencia ROMAGOSA. It was an enterprise that got the licenses for manufacturing many differents things. I think it was something like an intermediary)
1.- it has the permission of PEYO
2.- it has the license
3.- they use schliech smurfs for pics
4.- finally they put fake smurfs in the boxes
¿¿¿????
