Hi everyone, I thought I'd share my new purchase with you. This was set dressing used in a Hollywood movie in a toy store scene. A local studio person sold it to me. The back says it was assembled by Connection in New Jersey. Does anyone know anymore about it? Was it mass produced?

Excellent...I've seen this in my local Toys R Us as a display and know of a couple of more Toys R Us who had one.
I don't think it was mass produced but intended as a display item.

I don´t have the 2011 dealercatalogue yet. Maybe it is in that catalogue and then possible for other dealers to buy???

Congratulations getting one

I am not sure about a dealer's catalog, but I know 100% these were used by Toys R Us in 2011 to showcase the decade box (or rather the smurfs in the decade boxes)
I took a picture of it in my local TRU when I saw it
I very much doubt that these were meant for public sale so anybody who finds them is very lucky

Hi
I have no doubts that this display isn't a real one.
But i don't think that every display made for the shops is to be found in a catalogue.....................
