When making the patriot thread I told you I thought the Patriot never was made without CE.

Here is the confirmation for that.

ALL smurfs made before Patriot can be found without CE. The Patriot was the first smurf marked with CE!!

All these 4 new smurfs ( Smoogle, Chitter, Oma and Patriot) were painted in Tunesia and have black dots. Only Patriot was marked CE.
