Patches (appliques) from Belgium

Has anyone seen these, besides on ebay?
There should be 6 different subjects and since the package is also written in Italian, I thought I could find them here, but they're nowhere to be found!

I fould a seller on ebay but it's a pain in the @## because he doesn't want to combine shipping so if I want to buy different patches I have to pay shipping on each one of them!
