Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the markingvariations of these southamerican smurfs. Maybe it has been written in other threads, but I have not found any?? :-? And Lia and Frank I may have asked you earlier in emails but forgot the answers?? :banghead:

First the minimodels. Which ones are possible to get with Minimodels-markings? I have found these:

20002 Normal
20007 Angry
20017 Mirror
20018 Crying
20019 Flower
20029 Coin
20044 Lover
20045 Painter
20049 Tennis
20050 Pointing
20053 Icelolly
20056 Cardplayer
20059 Teacher
20064 Toothbrush
20072 Trumpet
20074 King
20078 Beer
20080 Biscuit
20086 Present
20087 Axe
20097 Injured
20100 Cake
20101 Fisherman
20103 Pupil
20104 Pirate
20134 Judo
20139 Nurse
20141 Captain

Dyar also has 20033 Clown and 20042 Cook with minimodels markings?? :-? Those are a bit special since those are smurfs made by Hering also! Can anyone show the markings on those 2? :D

Are there more with MM-markings?

And Lia gave me this list with minimodelssmurfs included the unmarked also:

20007 Angry
20017 Mirror
20018 Crying
20019 Flower

20183 Aerobic smurfette
20202 Baby rassel pink
20203 Baby rassel blue
20205 Baby with teddy (in white)
20205 Baby with teddy ( in pink)

20206 Baby with ice cream in pink
20206 Baby with ice cream in blue

20214 Baby with blocs in blue
20214 Baby with blocks in white
20232 Gargamel
20498 Johan
20499 Peewit

Regarding the unmarked ones and also the Hering-molds used by Minimodels ( in my opinion) there could be some more. I have a few with blocked markings that I would count as Minimodels eventhough originally Heringmolds, because of the very hard material used by Minimodels and also the paint they used.

Note that in the list lia gave me I don´t think she mentioned the softer argentinian smurfs not made by Minimodels.

In this case I want to try to find out the licensed ones made by Hering and Minimodels and also the ones they almost got the license for. Not fakes made later in Argentina.

And then the Hering-smurfs.

There are 23:

2.0001 Papa
2.0008 Spy
2.0009 Drum
2.0011 Laughing
2.0014 Sunbather
2.0015 Hear nothing
2.0023 Beat
2.0033 Clown
2.0034 Smurfette
2.0036 Hangglider
2.0040 Gift
2.0041 Wanderer
2.0042 Cook
2.0048 Fluit
2.0051 Bowler
2.0054 First Aid
2.0058 Winner
2.0060 Candle
2.0062 Telephone
2.0063 Tailor
2.0122 Cowboy
2.0137 Surfboard
2.0157 Grouchy

I assume all these can be found with Hering-markings except Smurfette.

But which can be found with blocked markings and which can be found with stripes over the markings.

And which of these molds were used by Minimodels with blocked or striped markings? :-? :o :-D

I made this file regarding the Heringmold-markings. Would you say it seems correct?
There are a few, on which I can´t find any cavitynumber.

How many of these 23 can be found unmarked made by Minimodels?

And has Grouchy the marking blocked with stripes or not?

I checked mine and I made a red cross on what I can add to your list.

( I own a special telephone with double Hering markings and no cavitynumber, my "normal" Hering telephones have cavitynumbers!
The unmarked telephone on your list could be a Minimodels?)

Thanks Lia!

I think all the unmarked Heringsmurfs are Minimodels, but I don't have that many yet to compare with. Except Smurfette off course.

Another thing Lia. I don't know if we have talked about the cavitynumbers before, but there is a odd thing I noticed when checking mine and comparing with pictures in the variationthreads. They seems to have the same number? :-?
For example: tailor has 3, cowboy has 1, candle has 2, telephone has 1, drummer has 4, beat has 1, laughing has 2, clown has 2 etc.

Is it always like that? :-? :D

Great that you added the cook with cavitynumber. I checked and mine has 3.
