hi!

I thought you may like to see these unlicenced Canadian Brass smurfs!

I lost this lot..but I have these already ..but mine have eyes!

they were made here in Canada...and told to stop by the Smurf people..so these have become very rare! not pricey ..

HI dyar!

no they are not that heavy.. they feel nice..and they are about he same size as the real smurf! which makes them nice..

I think they even copied the real smurf to make these molds..to make the brass..

here are two of mine..

They were made by the American Pewter company and are properly licensed. Here is a partial list:

Those are very neat looking Richard. I also like the brass ones Attom. The only kind I've seen on ebay are the pewter ones. Are they very expensive?

The village was posted on Ebay about 5 years ago, no takers on the $1500 asking price. Especially considering shipping for something that weighs 500 LBS.
:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Haven't seen it since and lost contact with the guy that did these.

Hi Richard

I can understand mere mortals like myself thinking "oh geez I can't afford that"...but I would of thought someone might of been crazy/fortunate enough to purchase this.

It looks reasonably big too and with the weight of the village it would cost more than an arm and a leg to afford it and to post it to Australia it wouldn't be feasable....it would actually be easier and cheaper for me to move to where the guy lived....maybe even buy his house to really save money in postage.

It's the type of thing that if we ever get our village together (or we all get committed) then we could put all of our money together and bring it home.

Dyar

PS - If we ever do all live in the village together I want to be excused from living in the Australian section where I feel a lot of excusing would be going on.
