Hi,

I was contacted by a person in Brazil, who said he took out his old smurf collection and let his kid play with it.
And he got curiuos to see how many smurfs existed and found my website-page about Hering smurfs. He said it was incorrect.

Hering made 35 smurfs. Not 23 as we first thought( see Hering catalogue picture on my page). A few years ago I found Papa with Pizza( seen 3 of them now) and Police without baton.

I have seen a few of these ones for sale in Brazil before, like graduate and Smurfette with Baby, but I thought they were imported versions.

Now I have pictures of all 35 with Hering markings. Carnival is interesting since it is a one-piece mold. No loose stick.

In these days you always have to be suspicious of new smurfs appearing because of all fakes, but I believe these are 100% genuine. Especially since I now have seen a few of them more than ones in old collections and sold for the same price as the other "normal" Hering smurfs.

All were bought between 1984 and 1988 in a stationary near his childhood school. In Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Enjoy.

I had to resize the picture a lot so I hope it is possibel to see them.

New ones are: Toothpaste, Coin, Graduate, Carnival, Judo, Cook, Tennis, Smurfette with baby, Aerobic and Kitchen Smurfette.

In Sweden the smurfs are blue ( and yellow).

Hi André,
Fantastic! Love the Coin and Carnival ones. Did the Carnival ever come with a lantern? Is there a Brazilian eBay? Did you ask him if he was interested in selling them? :)
Cheers, Tommo

Andre, this is great discovery and a credit to you for all of your hard work you have put into your website.

It's interesting to see the Carnival being made as one piece mould and Kitchen Smurfette without oven.

Hello all !
I'm a new here.
I'm from Brazil and I have the Hering Collection, including some rare figures.
Is it possible to post again the new ones in a larger picture ?
Thanks so much
