Hi Everyone,
Can someone please tell me what these smurfs are. I was given them for xmas and they were sent to me by a friend of my dad who lives in belgium.
The bottom of them says
Peyo (dates vary 1995-1999)
licensed through I.M.P.S.(Brussels)
Exclusive CE Licensee;BIP HOLLAND

Welcome back Kira...nice to see you here again.

I can't help you with these. I see them often on ebay but I am not really sure what they are. I have thought about buying some just to have a better look at them as they look pretty good.

Hopefully someone here can help you out.

Hi Kira,
The last time I checked, Baboune had a nice collection of the candy toppers. You can check them out of his website:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

My son Luke loves the one with the rocket on its back. It reminds me of the movie Toy Story. When Buzz has the rocket on his back. I will have to buy some of the candy toppers now especially as I have a few of them. Thanks for the link to Baboune's site, I was surprised their was so many of them to collect.
I will have to add to the collection now, especially now that I have some of them. Never ending....lol

Heather - he looks like one of those McDonald's plastic smurfs that can move their arms, legs and head. Are the parts moveable?? I've seen these on ebay quite a bit if it's the ones I think they are :D Here's an example: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 94400&rd=1

Hi Staci

yes his legs are moveable and he's quite cute. addictive little blue buggers lol.

i didn't think macdonalds had put any more out since the soft calender set a few years back. If you could please help me by giving me anymore info on the mcdonalds sets that would be great.

thanks
heather

Hi Heather,

there were 8 in the set. They came out in 2002.

This year there was a nice pirate set here in Europe. 5 smurfs with display pieces joining together to make an island and a 6th one on a raft.

hope that helps
