I got a number one teacher today that is missing the "T" It does not look like it was ever there since the apple is not really scratched in the area the t is suppose to go. I even tried to scratch off a corner of the other letters, but I could not do it with the very little effort I gave it. So is this a missprint? If the letters can be scratched off with more force I would think that the apple would be scratched too?! The rest of the letters all look very good. Any ideas??

From the photo it doesn't look like there was ever a 'T' there. And if you've had a play with it then maybe it was never there.
Great pick up if that's the case

The other letters look fine to me so maybe you're right Gerda....it might be a nice little error for your collection.

Hi Gerda, letters on this apple are very easy to remove without scratching or marking them.
Maybe it was never there but it could have been removed voluntary or not
