Thank you for the photos everyone as these are nice to see. I didn't know there were so many. I only have the Normal Puppet Smurf on the yellow & red bases which I seem to always end up with doubles of...I have never seen the Helm Papa, Gargamel & Smurfette puppets & trapezes....I will have to keep my eyes open for more of these as they are fun to play with in front of Jack as I make the puppet ones dance for him. The Papa in the sealed package looks really nice Attom.

hi dyar

thanks!

its nice to find out what is out there , on certain items like these,

especially if we collect them,

some we get by accident, some we try to find..

these puppets are fun to have.. and are plenty sometimes on EBAY

but the rarer ones are so hard to find.

do you have any of these in any katalogs?

ever see this one below...made in china?

WOW!!! I didn't realise there were so many of these smurfs either!

I have seen the trapeze ones many times but I don't have any so it has been great to see all the picks. I love the Gargamel one. :-D

Attom, that last one you show on the green base is very cute. I have never seen this smurf beofre although I have a similar toy with a "collapsible" horse on it. :D

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Hi Rachel!

I havn;t seen the wooden smurf toy puppet either..yet in the flesh

I found that photo on some collectors site..that collected only push puppets and she had only this one smurf item..

he is cute!

the gargamel, smurfette and papa trapeze ones are super rare..
I have only seen them once on Ebay.. and off course I bought them.
that photo above of them is one of mine..that I used to have on my website.

I have no clue why? as I see tons of the smurf ones..

I went to our local antique market this afternoon and to my shock!
I found a mint papa push puppet! which I scooped up for $7cdn
and a different color base..this one is yellow.

I have another one on the way I bought on Ebay this week..

geeez ! when it rains it pours! I havn't seen these for years ..

its good to watch out for them on Ebay as most people miss these!

I will post them if I find more.

Hi Attom, yes I often see these on Ebay, especially the "push-up" smurfs. I have a few of these even though I have never actively looked for them, they just tend to arrive in a lot of other smurfs. :D

hi!

you know sometimes when you sweat and bid on a item that you are watching and WIN! without really knowing if you can WIN , it's so

exciting! today I had to do family visits, and i got home around 8pm

so exhausted from a long drive, that I got a nice cool cola, relaxed and

started to browse EBAY, when all of a sudden I went and checked out

MY EBAY watch list..and realized I had 5 minutes to go on a auction

I forgot all about.. so I sat and sat there waiting//.. as I knew

there were bids from some big collectors on it..I thought I better
bid even though I want to save cash!

well I did and won , and I won by a few dollars

over the top bid price which surprised me!

its a SMurfette (red base) and Gargamel and a papa push puppet..

its the gargamel that I have never seen before.

here they are.

These are so nice and in the original packaging which is different too.

I know how you felt...do I overbid and win or let it go and maybe never see them again.

I think you made a wise choice and me thinks Father Attom will be very proud of himself.

Well done
