After spending all day putting super smurfs together and wondering where some bits go I was surprised to find instructions in one of the boxes. So that posed a few questions:

1. Which supers do come with instructions?
2. Is it just me or are these the stupidest instructions ever?? I mean seriously its pretty obvious that that goes there! There are heaps harder supers to put together without instructions.

PS: Sorry for the quality of the pic...after 50 or so pics my eyes found it hard to focus...it seemed in focus when I took it LOL! :) :)

:) how weird that the rings gymnast comes with instructions..it's fairly obvious what goes where. I've never come across any instructions for a super linda.
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Hehehehe Steve

This super was already assembled in the box when I bought it too. Does anyone know how it comes originally?? Are the strings already attached? The instructions just seem to say stick that top bit in...which if that is the case seems a really ludicrous set of instructions!

I remember those instructions!

I also once found inside a super-smurf box (scooter) a small 'poster' with a smurf village and a list of smurfs!

Thanks for the pic Linda, that is really interesting to see. :hi5:

I can't recall seeing any instructions but I will photographing all of our supers soon so I will let you know if I find any instructions. :D

You would think that they could have got someone who could actually draw a smurf to have done the instructions. :o

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

I've looked througy all my supers and only found the ring one with instructions. I took a picture of it so you can see it is unasembled. the rings, bar and hook are all conected behind the paper and the string and you have to actually put the string on. I completly agree that these are the stupidest instructions there could be, If any smurf should come with instructions it should be the helicopter, or any of the cars :banghead:

Don't get me started on the cars! LOL. I had to assemble a whole stack of supers in order to take pics of them and I learnt a few things in the process.

1. Super Boxes are like a reverse Tardis. Just because something fits in before you unpack it doesn't mean it will go back into the same space.

2. I hate wheels. Those wheels on the bikes, mopeds etc just do NOT want to go on. You have to push so hard to get them on it feels like they'll break.

Now linda, How bad can it be :o :o :o :) :)

Actually I know how you feel. I don't think once you get the wheels on the silver or red race car you can get them off without breaking them, and once they are assembled forget it, they just do not fit in the box again.

I am always having a hard time with the bikes and motorcycles..... I think I even broke one one day....... :(
but that gave me another reason to buy one more :D

Linda,
I think I saw some instructions for the other supers, too, at least for some of them, but other than the fireman, I can't think of them right now (and as mentioned a few weeks ago, I haven't kept the boxes or instructions.. :???: )

I think I have these instructions too but never thought much about them....but now that you have brought it up Linda it is pretty interesting actually and you made some very valid points as other supers are far more complicated than this one.

I would like to know how to put the Cage together without swearing.

I will have to be more aware in the future and see if there are any others out there but I can't think of any off hand.
