Blue Cavern

hi!

I saw this Carnival smurf with a clear lantern on EBAY last week..

I missed the auction, but wondered if any knows more about this one?

Maybe it's faded Attom....I know some are more waxier than others so maybe one of those had been faded to give it a lighter colour and more transparent.....other than that I don't really know.

Having seen a broken lantern before, i can confirm the lantern is made of hard plastic of the same color all the way through. So it cannot be just faded with the Sun.

I have to admit that it looks like a SPA resine proto... but why O why would you do that for the lantern?

Did the auction end with a high price?

Sorry I don't have any data on that wee chap for you Attom, but it reminds me to ask about my little friend here. I was sold him in a covert operation via a local contact in the illicit smurf slave trade. I was told he was unusual. I haven't found any info on him and was wonding if anyone can help please???

This wee fella looks toasted and here is me thinking the smurf slave trade could score me a house keeper smurf.... On a mildly related note, I'm also looking for a smurf that can do dishes, moe the lawn, vacuum the floor clean the bath.... if anyone can help please also feel free.

Who ever liked the Cola ones? I know everytime I was going to a shop which had these on display, I had to have one!

So the balloon one is a fake??? The markings on it are the same as the regular version, but four years ago when I was sold him I didn't have anyone to ask... also the pressure of an auction.

I have spent good money on worse fakes before so I guess I'm not shocked if it is.

Daryl, your smurf is most likely real but the balloons are a non-schleich addition...he is quite cute though
