hi Maureen!

thanks!, I'm not sure yet if its real? or fake?

but its nice to have this one , as I do own a real one and another fake,

so they make a nice set> wooh! I wanted this for my new fake site

to be able to compare eventually.. so if its real its ok, and if its fake its ok!

I know how hard it is to get a baseball one, and I have watched for so long.. it pays off sometimes

I've been working alot lately on my website.. Hogotha and I hope the info will help others.

I had them with a very hard material and a lot of air bubbles at the feets.
I'm quite sure that this smurfette is a fake.
Wrong material, bad quality, FAKE.... :banghead:

I really wouldn't like the old bat if that happened.

hi!

I do think this could be fake, as its a very stiff hard material,

but the detail is really good, and well done, for me if its a fake its good

news, as it will be a special fake.

Hi Attom, that is one lovely lady.

She does sound like a fake but I know for you this is GREAT news. I will look forward to seeing her on your site. :D

thanks Rachel!

its odd but to me a good fake is like a rare licenced smurf to other collectors! I am so into them!

but off course my favourites are really the ones like the snake charmer

or smurf with the apple and worm, etc. the odder the better.

Hey Attom. Have you compared the mold of this baseball smurfette to an original? I'm just thinking about the fake baseball smurfette I have. Though I see from the markings she isn't listed as 1981. Just thought that maybe the fake painted one I have could have came from this same production or made around the same time as these.

I like that one you have!

Brad.
