I am going thru my smurfs (yeah it's Saturday ) and I found this cake smurf 20.100 with the following markings

Made in Sri Lanka
red dot
Schleich
Peyo
1977

this is the first time I have seen Sri Lanka on my smurfs...
Is this a knows variation?

There are quite a few Sri Lankan smurfs out there....however I have been searching for this variation of the Cake Smurf for ages.

Yay, it's Saturday, time for playing smurfs indeed.

I don't personally have this variation with Sri Lank markings but I have plenty of other examples with this marking so I am pretty sure it is fine. Great to know it exists so I can add it to the (endless) wanted list.

I nearly put him into my ever decreasing double pile (ever decreasing, since with all the different markings, they can no longer be considered doubles, can they )

Oooh thanks for pointing his markings out to me Maureen, I only have the bully variant of him.

There are lots of the Sri Lanka variants out there too but I guess your just plain lucky to find them as I don't think there are as many as the normal markings we find......
