Hope someone here can help me with this "little" task.
Basically I need to write to the German Playmobil, and complain/report about an order I just gotten, where there´s a part missing and another slightly damaged.
I tried google, but don't trust it to write for me...
Here's what I would like to write:
Dear Playmobil Costumer Service.
I have now managed to fully check my order and have unfortunatly found out that there´s a part missing and another slightly damaged.
The missing part is the window from part 30 65 1742 from Blaues Fachwerkhaus (Artikelnummer: 7847).
The damaged part is 30 45 2210 from Bäckerei-Fachwerkhaus (Artikelnummer: 6219).
Please see attached photographs.
Everything else was perfect!
