Here's "my" song

I know that some of you might already know that thread from Smurfysteve's board or anywhere else. However, since Graham encouraged me to post it on Bluecavern, I do so. (I sincerely hope you don't mind.)
Like Tojo, I also have a song of my own. My mum chose my forename/given name after one song by Soeur Sourire from the early 1960's. It became extremely popular, some of you might know the Debbie Reynolds's version. (However, the English lyrics are very badly translated.)
You won't be surprised, why I picked up a nun though to become my atavar here. [I am referring to Smurfysteve's board and not to Bluecavern]
This Belgian (Flamish) or Dutch short report, which was also broadcasted on German tv about eight years ago, is about Soeur Sourire's tragical life. Apart from offering original footage of Soeur Sourire and the original version, the report features some coverversions of "Dominique".

About three years, before committing suicide with her long-term female partner, Decker released a dull disco version herself, which failed in hitting the charts.
