There's a boxer here in Germany called Arthur Abraham who, when entering the ring, wears a smurf hat & has the smurf theme music playing :)

Here's the link to his site

http://www.arthur-abraham.de/

click on 'enter', then on 'galerie', then 'galerie auswählen' (the little red arrows) & then pick the gallery called 'der wm kampf'. There are some lovely smurfettes there :-D :-D :-D Something for Syd :D

I heard about this boxer a couple of weeks ago. But sadly IMPS strictly forbad him to use any smurf related items. :(
@ JT: You were right. That man is indeed Father Abraham.

I've just read in the Frankfurter Neue Presse (one of our daily papers) that since he's been banned from wearing a smurf hat, using the music & having those smurfettes etc he's going to call himself King Arthur. I wonder if anyone owns the rights to that name too. :-?

In my opinion IMPS were really stupid in this case :banghead: If they'd struck up a deal with Arthur Abraham they could have used it as perfect advertising for their products - he's a very successful boxer after all. Thick as sh*t some people - I'm not referring to Abraham here :) . Anyway he's bigger than me :-x

Thats exactly what I think Tojo, why ruin a perfectly good marketing opportunity. I thought that when we were made to take away the word from the titles of our websites, stupid! :(
