THANK YOU ALL!!

What is special about this 57th Birthday celebration is the fact that I am now retired. I won't have to get up at 5 AM anymore to go to work, I can stay up late, I can watch the Grandkids on school holidays and sick days, I can spend more time working on my Smurf dioramas, and with a very comfortable pension, I won't have to worry about working for someone else again.

With my time off, I wish I could have traveled to Europe to congregate with everyone else, but that was not possible. Maybe, Rachel can take my portfolio of pictures with her and share with everyone, and this way I can be amongst you all, at least in spirit.

Hi Jim, yes I am sure I can take at least some of the pics. I think taking them all might be a bit heavy. At least Andrew will get to see them all when he visits. On progress, I am slowly but surely getting through scanning them all. We will get there I promise.

I remember seeing them on this board. I think Rachel has posted some pics earlier. My favourite one is the circus. I think Schleich should make such a display as you did!!!
