Today Wim and I went to the final of the Diamond Games in Antwerp.
It was between Kim Clijsters and Amélie Mauresmo.

Wow, the atmosphere was amazing.

We love tennis at television and now it was for real.

It was a great expereance!!

I remember going to Wimbledon in '94 and being at the match when Lori McNeil knocked out Steffi in R1 - the atmosphere was electric that day too
Popular though Graf was - us Brits do love the underdog to win

Indeed Amélie won the golden racket. It weights 4kg, and there were 1700 real diamonds in it.
She didn't know where to put this in her place...so beautifull.

My next target is Rolland GArros. Because Wibledon is to expensif....
