That is a great scene you have made Steve. :clap2:

The smurfs look fantastic on it. I bet that must have taken a bit of work as the detail is wonderful. I love the bridges and the little track. :-D

I have a project on the go at the moment too but I am not sure how it will turn out yet. I am keeping my fingers crossed. :fingersx:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Excellent stuff once again, Steve.

Gerda, Steve was telling me he uses tissue paper (like paper towel I think) and wallpaper paste mixed together over the top. The foil makes it light and is easy to manipulate. He used newspaper underneath to help hold the shape too.

I've done the same kind of thing with papier maching too when I was working as an Art Teacher. But I used tissue paper and applied it to the foil by dipping it into a mix of Clag glue and PVA glue. Works a treat and its nice and light and easy to paint over.

Guys and girls,

May I just say: the pictures do not entirely give it justice: You have to see it to believe it: the textures, the colors, the size: all of it is just fantastic!

Well done Steve!
